The third-person action-role playing game continues the story of Aloy. She is a young huntress of the Nora tribe sent on a journey to the secret frontier called Forbidden West. She is there to find the source of a secretive plague that vanishes all it infects. During her journey across the unknown area, Aloy gets face-to-face with hostile regions filled with massive storms and occupied by dangerous enemies and deadly machines. Moreover, she encounters a variety of environments and ecosystems. It includes lush valleys, dry deserts, snowy mountains, tropical beaches, and ruined cities- both above and below the water.
As for the gameplay, the players control Aloy. In addition to this, the game is set in post-apocalyptic California, Utah, and Nevada. Undoubtedly, it has become the number 1 game, gamers wish to play as soon as it comes out.
Horizon Forbidden West Release Date
As we mentioned, a gameplay video was released concerning the upcoming game. Everyone who saw the 14-minute video thought that the release date will be announced at the end. However, sadly, there is no release date for Horizon Forbidden West yet. Although, the gamers completely understand why the makers haven’t announced the date right now. It is possibly done for 2 reasons. One of the reasons is the Cyberpunk effect. In order to avoid the Cyberpunk effect, they do not want to give a release date. It will only lead to pushing it further multiple times. The same thing happened with the CD Projekt, when they were about to release Cyberpunk (The game). They do not want to give high hope by telling the release date, only to delay it. They do not want to hurry things. If they give out a release date and hurry with the operation to reach the goal, they might not deliver superior quality. This can bring them bad reviews. They posted online that they do not have an exact release date. But, there will be an update very soon. We believe Horizon forbidden West will release in Q3 or Q4 of 2021.
PS4, PS5, Where Will It Be Available?
Another big question among gamers is where the game will be available. Will it be available to play on the newest PS5? The past season, PS5 was something hard to get our hand on.
