10. Haku

Even though Haku dies in the first 20 episodes, he showed us that he’s very very strong shinobi. His Kekkei Genkai, Ice release was something really hard to fight against. He fought Naruto and Sasuke when they were still just a couple of brats, but still, we all witnessed that Haku could’ve killed them any time he wanted. Imagine how strong he could’ve been if he survived and continued fighting alongside Zabuza.

9. Sasori

One of the youngest Akatsuki members. Sasori was the most talented puppet master ever. He was able to control a whole puppet army of 100 puppets. They all had different abilities and different types of poison inside them. He was a puppet himself. If only he lived more after he figured what was the right path to chose he could’ve become so damn strong. He would probably expend his army about ten times and that would be something too hard to fight against.

8. Kimimaro

Kimimaro left one hell of an impression. He fought 3 maybe even strongest young shinobis and survived with ease even though he was ill. I’m so sad because he fought only ones and died. He wasn’t even defeated. He had one improvement besides that fight against Naruto, Lee, and Gaara. Kabuto reincarnated him which is an honor you have to admit. Kabuto chose only the strongest. And one more thing, Kimimaro wasn’t defeated in the war as well. He was among those who weren’t defeated which is quite an accomplishment, especially on that battlefield.

7. Fugaku Uchiha

What can we say except he had a Mangekyou Sharingan and he was able to control the Nine-Tailed Fox with it? First of all Mangekyou Sharingan is the ultimate weapon and everyone who has it is strong, especially someone with that much experience. He was stronger then Itachi, so he chose not to stop him in killing the clan. He was incredibly smart too so I think that if he stayed alive he would improve himself very well. Unfortunately, he didn’t have a chance for that earlier so we never had a chance to see his fights.

6. Nagato

Nagato is one hell of a character. What Naruto both as a character and whole series learned us is that with strong power of will you can do anything. We saw Nagato’s abilities, he probably reached his maximum because of a fact that the Rinnegan wasn’t naturally his so I won’t talk much about that. Point is that he died when he finally realized the truth. I think that he would’ve been much stronger if he fought on the right side, not as a villain. By the way, his story is so sad.

5. Sakumo Hatake

I can’t believe how cruel Masashi is. He reveals to us that Sakumo is strong enough to confront legendary sanins all by himself and that he is the best kenjutsu user of all time but he couldn’t show us that. I’m so curious about Sakumo Hatake’s real power. I’m so sad he died (committed suicide). He wasn’t that old at all, he just had white hair. He could’ve developed much more if he stayed alive, and we would be able to see his strength.

4. Obito Uchiha

There’s not much to say here, I already said almost everything when writing about Nagato. Another villain who died while choosing the right path. The situation is almost the same. Almost because Obito didn’t reach his limit at all. When he gained MS he rarely had a real fight before the war (except with Minato). He relied too much on his Kamui. He thought he was untouchable before Minato so he didn’t practice at all. He could’ve developed his ninjutsu much more, he had a very good fire style, and he didn’t use wood style at all. If he just stayed alive a little longer he could’ve improved his skills to the whole other level.

3. Itachi Uchiha

I’ll be quick. If he was only honest with Sasuke from the start he could’ve lived much longer, cured his illness, and probably had gained Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. Imagine Itachi with improved stamina and perfect Susanoo.

2. Minato Namikaze

This guy won every battle he fought without even using ninjutsu nor senjutsu. If he only lived long enough to improve his sage mode, he would be even faster then he was without it, and we know that he is the fastest shinobi ever, even without sage mode. He was close to adding nature type to his Rasengan. It’s a shame he didn’t live long enough to finish it. Not to mention that if he survived, he would become a Jinchuuriki… He would probably be unstoppable.

1. Shisui Uchiha

He isn’t strongest here but, if he stayed alive he would’ve been. He was strongest Uchiha of his time which means he was stronger then Fugaku who was stronger then Itachi even with an MS. Itachi developed through time of course but still, Shisui would’ve done it as well. Imagine Shisui with Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. Imagine, he improved his speed, he would be able to do a real transportation Jutsu which not even Tobirama and Minato were able to. Ninjutsu and kenjutsu improvement as well. He had the strongest genjutsu ever and besides that, he was very skilled in using it. If he combines body flicker technique and his MS it’s impossible to evade his genjutsu. When he catches you into it, there’s no escape. Not to mention that he would have a perfect Susanoo with Eternal MS… He would be practically unstoppable.
